La <strong>main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre disponible<\/strong> se rar\u00e9fiant sous l\u2019effet du <strong>d\u00e9clin d\u00e9mographique<\/strong> et de la <strong>faible attractivit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers techniques<\/strong> et la <strong>r\u00e9industrialisation<\/strong> n\u00e9cessitant des comp\u00e9tences trop peu pr\u00e9sentes, il devient essentiel de <strong>pr\u00e9server l\u2019image de marque de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> sur son <strong>march\u00e9 local du travail<\/strong>. Le salari\u00e9 qui entre dans ce processus se voit proposer des projets de recrutement \u00e9manant d&rsquo;entreprises locales clairement identifi\u00e9es, il a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une description pr\u00e9cise du m\u00e9tier (comp\u00e9tences attendues, processus d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration) et du poste propos\u00e9 (conditions de travail, horaires, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;autonomie etc). Certains dispositifs publics (Transitions collectives par exemple) proposent \u00e9galement une garantie de retour dans l&rsquo;effectif si le nouveau poste ne satisfait pas le salari\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Certains disposiifs publics soutenant les reclassements professionnels pr\u00e9voit un \u00ab\u00a0droit au retour\u00a0\u00bb pour les salari\u00e9s qui regretteraient leur choix de nouvel emploi ; cette clause constitue \u00e9videmment une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 appr\u00e9ciable pour le candidat au d\u00e9part, mais elle ne sert en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019aucune des trois parties-prenantes et il est n\u00e9cessaire que les obstacles \u00e0 la transition soient lev\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter ce cas de figure. C\u2019est le contraire qui devrait les pr\u00e9occuper : que subsistera-t-il de leur r\u00e9putation locale quand elles annonceront un plan de \u00ab\u00a0sauvegarde\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019emploi qui d\u00e9truira des dizaines ou des centaines de postes, sans autre appui \u00e0\u00a0 leurs collaborateurs que le droit commun assez impersonnel des cellules de reclassement, au mieux, et de France Travail en tous les cas?<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019engager dans un reclassement professionnel, c\u2019est quittter un emploi dans lequel on ne croit plus pour aller vers un autre, dont on ne conna\u00eet encore rien : autant que les deux entreprises qui y ont int\u00e9r\u00eat aident le t\u00e9m\u00e9raire salari\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019incertitude.<\/p>\n<p><b>My-Better-Job : informer, Piloter, Rapprocher<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Quand une entreprise supprime des emplois, elle est tenue \u00e0 des d\u00e9penses et \u00e0 des efforts de reclassement professionnel.
